Daily briefing

Your day in one briefing. Not a hundred notifications.

Founders and executives start the day in five apps. Nolario puts the answer to “what needs me today?” in one place: the most important messages from Gmail, Outlook, IMAP, Slack and Teams, today's meetings, running deadlines and open tasks, in the app every morning and, if you want, as an email at 7:30.

What the briefing covers

01In the app

Unfolds the first time you open Nolario

Each day the briefing opens at the top of your dashboard: what needs you first, which meetings are today, which deadlines are running and who is waiting for your reply.

  • Instant, with the same numbers as the ranking
  • On Friday, the weekly recap: sorted, pre-drafted, intercepted
02By email

The briefing in your inbox at 7:30

Switch on the briefing email and it arrives around 7:30 your local time: the top three messages, today's meetings, deadlines in the next seven days and open tasks. On Mondays it includes last week's review.

  • Only sender and subject, never the text of your mail
  • Off by default, one-click unsubscribe in every email
03Before meetings

A brief before every meeting

Nolario gathers the threads that belong to a meeting and sums up what it is about, what is open and who is there.

  • From title, attendees, description and the latest messages
  • If Nolario finds nothing, it says so instead of making something up

What you can count on

01

Built for people whose time is the bottleneck

Founders, CEOs and managing directors who get email, Slack and Teams messages all day.

02

Facts first

The in-app briefing is built from scores and your calendar, not from an AI summary that might drift.

03

Nothing is sent for you

The briefing tells you what matters. Replies stay drafts until you send them.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect your channels

Email, Slack, Teams and your calendar.

  2. 2

    Nolario ranks overnight

Every new message gets an importance score and its reasons.

  3. 3

    Read one briefing

In the app, and by email if you switch it on.

What Nolario deliberately does not do

  • The briefing email shows sender and subject only, so you open Nolario to read the message itself.
  • Meeting briefs are only as good as the messages Nolario finds for the meeting.
  • Teams chats need a Microsoft work or school account.

Frequently asked questions

The messages that need you first, today's meetings, deadlines that are running and open tasks. On Fridays the app adds a weekly recap; on Mondays the email includes last week's review.

The in-app briefing does not call an AI: it reuses the importance scores and your calendar. Meeting briefs and summaries do use an AI, after the privacy filter chain.

Yes. Switch on the briefing email in Settings under Mails. It arrives around 7:30 your local time and shows only sender and subject, never mail text.
