Tasks and deadlines
Deadlines from your mail, on a list. Before they become a problem.
“Can you sign by Thursday?” is easy to miss in a full inbox. Nolario reads new email from Gmail, Outlook and IMAP for deadlines and tasks, shows the exact sentence it found, works out the date and keeps a countdown, so a deadline no longer depends on you remembering it.

What happens to tasks and deadlines
Every deadline with its source
An AI reads new email for deadlines and has to quote the sentence that names one. If that sentence is not really in the mail, the deadline is dropped, so invented deadlines do not get through.
- The date is computed by code from the quote and the day the mail arrived: “by Friday” in a Wednesday mail means this Friday
- Countdown chip: overdue, today, tomorrow or calm
- Tick it off as done, or mark “no deadline” and that mail never suggests one again
Email that means work becomes a suggestion
When a message asks you to do something, Nolario suggests a task with a free slot from your real calendar. You schedule it with one tap or leave it.
- Tasks live in the task card on your dashboard
- Synced with Google Tasks and Microsoft To Do if you connect them
- Ask the AI chat to add a task; it shows a card and waits for your tap
A reminder before it is late
When a deadline is two days away or less, a line appears above your tasks. You can also get one reminder email per deadline, sent around 7:30 in the morning.
- The reminder email is on by default and can be switched off in Settings
- Deadlines also appear in the morning briefing
What you can count on
Quoted, not guessed
Every deadline shows the sentence it came from. You can check it in a second.
You decide
Nolario suggests tasks and time slots. It enters them only after your tap, or on its own if you allow that in Autopilot.
Filtered before the AI
Mail content passes the privacy filter chain before an AI reads it for deadlines.
How it works
- 1
Connect your mailbox
Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP mailbox.
- 2
Nolario reads new mail
It looks for deadlines and requests and quotes the sentence it found.
- 3
You work the list
Done, no deadline, or schedule it in your calendar.
What Nolario deliberately does not do
- Slack is never read for deadlines. Newsletters, your own mail and mail older than 21 days are skipped too.
- A deadline is only as clear as the sentence it comes from. Vague wording like “soon” gives no date.
- Nolario does not do the task for you and never answers on your behalf.
