Kinso describes itself as a place to "bring every email, message and contact into one smart workspace", and it ranks messages by priority and drafts replies. If you live in Outlook and Microsoft Teams, the first question is whether it reads them. When we opened kinso.ai on October 21, 2026, the page named Gmail, WhatsApp, Slack, LinkedIn and calendars, and it did not mention Outlook or Teams. This page lists three tools whose own pages do name Microsoft channels. Nolario is our product and ranks first, with the reason stated in its entry.
What Kinso covers, and what we could not confirm
Kinso is a unified AI inbox that is still behind a waitlist. Its page listed 27,300 people on the waitlist when we read it, no price and no list of platforms. A government AI directory entry adds Instagram to the channels and gives no launch date. A review from this+that, a competitor of Kinso, said on August 6, 2026 that it remained invite-only and that the only price was $59 per month from its founder's public statement, not from a pricing page. Weigh that source accordingly; we use it only for the waitlist status and the unpublished price, which Kinso's own page matches by showing neither.
So the honest summary for an Outlook and Teams company is: nothing we could open says Kinso reads them, and nothing says it will not. If you are on Gmail, Slack and WhatsApp, Kinso may fit and you should judge it on its own terms. The rest of this page is for people whose mail is in Outlook and whose colleagues are in Teams.
Three Kinso alternatives that name Outlook or Teams
These three are ranked by how well they fit one question: a founder who needs Outlook and Teams in one place. Availability is stated in each entry rather than used to rank, and prices are list prices on the vendor pages at the time of writing.
1. Nolario
Our pickOne ranked feed for Outlook, Teams, Slack, Gmail and calendar
- Best for
- Founders whose urgent message could arrive in Outlook, Teams or Slack
- Price
- €29/mo (waitlist)
Nolario pulls Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar and any IMAP mailbox into one feed, scores every item from 0 to 100 and ranks the feed so the thing that needs you is on top. It drafts replies in your voice from what you actually send.
Nolario is our product, so weigh this pick accordingly. We rank it first because it is the only tool here built around the same job as Kinso, a ranked feed with drafts, and whose connector list includes both Outlook and Teams. It does not send for you: drafts wait for you to press send. Its limits: access is by waitlist, it is a desktop web app with no mobile app available, Teams chats work for work and school accounts only, and there is no shared queue or assignment. See the integrations and pricing pages.
2. Microsoft Copilot
Prioritizes, summarizes and drafts inside Outlook and Teams
- Best for
- Companies already on Microsoft 365 with a Copilot license
- Price
- $18 to $21 per user per month, add-on
Copilot in Outlook assigns each arriving email a priority of high, low or normal, extracts the key points of a thread and drafts replies, according to Microsoft's FAQ. It is available today. It needs a Microsoft Copilot license, works on Exchange Online mailboxes only, and covers only your primary mailbox.
On Microsoft's business pricing page on October 21, 2026 the Copilot Business add-on was $18.00 per user per month billed yearly as a promotion until December 31, 2026, with a list price of $21.00, on top of an eligible Microsoft 365 plan. Teams has its own Copilot, which summarizes one chat at a time. The full comparison is in Nolario vs Microsoft Copilot in Outlook.
3. Fyxer
AI email assistant for Gmail and Outlook with drafts in your tone
- Best for
- Founders who mainly need their email sorted and drafted today
- Price
- Free; Pro $37 per person per month billed annually
Fyxer's pricing page on October 21, 2026 listed a free plan with 400 credits a month, Pro at $37 per person per month billed annually or $49 monthly, and Team at $64 or $99. Pro adds inbox sorting and labeling and reply drafts in your tone. The page names Gmail and Outlook, and Slack and Microsoft Teams, but does not clearly say which plans include Slack and Teams, and its Pro trial details contradict each other between the card and the FAQ.
Read it as an email assistant first. For how it compares in detail, see Nolario vs Fyxer AI.

Which one for Outlook and Teams
If you need a tool this week, take Copilot when your company already has the license, and Fyxer when you want mail sorted and drafted without a Microsoft add-on.
