How the score works
Who wrote and how it reached you: a sender on your VIP list, a name that reads like a senior role, and whether you are in To or only in copy.
What it asks of you: something broken right now, a deadline, a request, a question, a date or a time.
How fresh and how personal it is: a new mail and a reply in a running thread count more. Newsletters and no-reply senders count less, and a likely scam stays at the bottom.
Your mail stays on your device
The score is calculated by code in your browser. The text you paste is not sent to Nolario or to any AI.
Nothing is stored and nothing is logged.
We only count how many checks ran and which level came out, never what was checked.
What this quick check cannot know
It does not see your mailbox. In your inbox, Nolario also learns who you write to often, uses the topics you mark as important and can learn from what you do with your mail.
It understands the wording of English and German mail. In other languages it still reads the sender, how you were addressed, times and questions, so the score comes out lower.
It is a ranking, not a verdict. In the Nolario inbox, mails in the unclear middle also get a short AI assessment.
Questions
How do I know if an email is important?
Look at three things: who sent it, what it asks of you and how soon. A person you work with, asking you for something by a date, matters more than a mail that only informs you. This tool checks exactly those signals and shows which ones it found.
How should I prioritize my emails?
Read the mails that ask something of you with a deadline first. Look at the ones that need an answer today in one sitting, and leave newsletters and notifications for a fixed time in the week. The three levels of this tool follow that order: read first, look at it today, can wait.
Is this the same score Nolario uses?
Yes. The tool runs the scorer the Nolario inbox ranks mail with, on the same 0 to 100 scale. What it lacks is your mailbox: in Nolario the score also knows who you write to often, your own important topics and what you usually do with a sender's mail.
Is my email sent anywhere?
No. The whole check runs in your browser and nothing you paste leaves your device. We count that a check ran and the level it produced, nothing else.
