What Nolario does with Gmail

01

Scored and ranked

Every thread gets an importance score from 0 to 10, so a client's question beats a newsletter, whatever arrived last.

02

Drafts in your voice

Nolario learns how you write and prepares a reply. You edit it or send it; the AI never sends on its own.

03

Several accounts, one feed

Connect more than one Gmail or Google Workspace address and read them together, without the account switcher.

Connect Gmail in 3 steps

  1. 1In Nolario, open Settings → Services.
  2. 2Click Connect next to Gmail and sign in with Google.
  3. 3Approve the permission. Your inbox appears in the feed.

Good to know

  • Archiving newsletters or moving likely scams to spam happens only if you switch that on in Autopilot, and every step can be undone.

How Nolario handles your data

Gmail and Nolario: questions

Only when you press Send. The AI writes drafts; it never sends a message on its own.

Only when you act, for example when you archive or mark a thread as read, or when you switch on an Autopilot rule. Gmail stays the source of truth.

Message content passes a filter chain before it reaches an AI provider: names become roles, secrets are removed and exact amounts are blurred. Nolario trains no model on your data.
